Revolutionary discoveries about the relationship between human movement and the ways we think, feel, and learn, led Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais to develop the ‘Method’ which consists of two related techniques.  ‘Awareness Through Movement®’ and ‘Functional Integration®’ can improve posture, balance, and co-ordination dramatically and is suitable for all ages and abilities.

By heightening our awareness of our movement, breathing and posture, The Feldenkrais Method brings us closer to our full human potential.
